· Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Human Factors, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Science.
· 8+ years of experience working in interaction design, UI design, and/or usability.
· Articulate design concepts and prototypes, with the ability to define our “vision” for the project in a variety of ways – written, visually and verbally.
· Experience designing dynamic interfaces that allow users to easily manage large and complex amounts of data.
· Mastery of web standards, user-centered design principles, knowledge of the software development process.
· Strong project management skills.
· Strong skills in mediating and resolving competing requirements and designs.
· Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools: specifically Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and others.
· Prior experience producing designs that scale across multiple platforms.
· Thorough understanding of the limitations and appropriate uses of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Flash and web 2.0 technologies.
· Outstanding presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

What’s the process of receiving the payment?
When the project is approved, we bill half upfront and half upon completion.
Will you archive my theme for future support?
Yes, we archive a copy of your theme for 90 days in to assist you recover your theme if it necessary.
Will you use my completed theme in your portfolio?
No, but if you allow us, we will be happy to display it in our portfolio.
What are your other services?
We also have hosting, custom database improvement and PSD to Basic XHMTL design services.
What’s the process of my project?
1- You submit your project with our order form.
2- We will contact you if the project is approved, and discuss the project details.
3- An invoice for 50% will be sent to you.
4- Our development team will complete the project.
5- Once you are satisfied with the final product, the second invoice will be sent out.
6- Once our project manager has confirmed both payments, we will send the completed product to your email address or upload it to your server.
