CONDICIONS DEL LLOGUER
- Deposit: 50% of the rental price in order to guarantee the booking.
- Balance: 50% of the rental price four weeks before the arrival date.
- In the case that the guests are unable to travel due to official restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the reservation will be refunded or re-scheduled with no extra cost.
- Refundable damage deposit: €500
- Bed and bath linen are included in the rental price.
- The final cleaning is included in the rental price.
- Standard check-in time is 16:00 pm (except other agreements).
- Standard checkout time is 11:00 am (except other agreements).
- Cancellations: If the Tenant terminates the contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement accepting the same terms, the Owner is entitled to keep the amounts already paid as a penalty fee.
- Refunds: If the property can further be rented to another guest in the same dates, the Owner will refund the Tenant the amounts already paid less the amount corresponding to one night in order to cover the cancellation costs.
- The rental property is a strictly non-smoking property; smoking is only permitted in the outdoor spaces.
- Animals are not allowed, except with the owner’s specific authorisation.
